宁文教授简介

        宁文,教授,博士生导师。主要从事胚胎期小鼠肺脏发育的分子机制、多种肺疾病的分子病理机制和癌症肺转移的分子机理的研究。近年来在国际杂志如《PNAS》、《Am. J. Pathol》、《Am J Physiology Lung Cell Mol physiol》等发表多篇高水平论文。最新研究发现Fstl1在不影响炎症反应的基础上,通过调控纤维增生反应中重要的TGFB信号通路的活性,参与肺纤维化疾病发病过程;Fstl1的特异性中和抗体可延缓和逆转纤维增生进程。该研究为肺纤维化疾病的治疗和预防提供了新的思路和药物靶点。2006年入选教育部新世纪优秀人才计划,现主持国家自然基金和科技部973等课题项目。
